Sarah Bean

I live in Avon with my two amazing daughters, Addison (18-1 Bandits) and Lauren (13-1 Raptors), and have been apart NUF for years.

I played varsity volleyball at Danville HS my sophomore, junior and senior year. I had a few college offers but ultimately decided to take an offer to high jump for Purdue University.

After graduating I became an event planner and now work for Eli Lilly as a Director of Catering.

I’ve coached rec and club volleyball for over a decade and was the commissioner of Avon Volleyball Club for 2 years before finding NUF.

I love the sport of volleyball and the family that it creates. I’ve seen first hand that the friendships created between athletes can last a lifetime.

My goal is to teach the girls how to be winners on and off the court while nurturing their love for the sport.
